AnalyticsX provides privacy-first website analytics services that allow users to:

• Track website visitors and page views in real-time
• Analyze geographic distribution of visitors
• Monitor session duration and engagement metrics
• Manage multiple websites from a single dashboard
• Share read-only access with team members or clients

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

For paid plans, the following terms apply:

• All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days prior notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Regarding the data collected through the Service:

• You retain ownership of all data from your websites
• We collect only anonymous, aggregated visitor data
• No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected from visitors
• IP addresses are anonymized before storage
• Data retention periods vary by subscription plan
• You may export or delete your data at any time

When using AnalyticsX to track your websites, you agree to:

• Inform visitors about analytics collection in your privacy policy
• Not use the Service to track individuals without consent where required
• Not attempt to identify individual visitors from anonymized data
• Comply with all applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AnalyticsX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

AnalyticsX, our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AnalyticsX. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AnalyticsX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Implied warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of analytics data

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AnalyticsX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
• Service interruptions, computer failures, or data transmission failures
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AnalyticsX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Websites you track using the Service

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity
• Extended period of account inactivity
• Non-payment of fees (for paid plans)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AnalyticsX is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
